Day 342 Days of Recovery from Procrastination

Who loves Sunday’s? I do and i love it when we stay home and do nothing in particular. I felt really tired this morning when i came home from work.

I went back to bed for a few hours. No tasks today, just recharging my batteries for the week ahead. My fur babies love it when we stay home too. They get to have time in the warmth with us.

I love Family time. ❤

The above statement is exactly how i feel today. Just one load of washing done and in the dryer. I will get the veg ready for tea tonight, my fiancee cooks on a sunday night, as i go to my AA meeting. Something that really helps to recharge my batteries. Helps to keep me focused and sober.

Not that i have a desire to drink these days. 24 years sober and only sometimes i think about it, but the guilt, shame and remorse, prevent me from picking up that first drink. Plus i dont want to ever have to explain to my parents why i am drinking again.

My tasks for tomorrow.

1. Gym

2. Household duties

3. Writting

These all seem like easy things, but some days i can not be arsed, and when i put it here share it with you all, it makes me take responsibility for my Procrastination.

Hope everyone is having a relaxing Sunday. Xxx
