336 Days of Recovery from Procrastination

Ahhh we had some sun today. Me and my girl were lapping it up. It was so nice to sit in the sun and feel the sun’s warmth on my face.

We had most of the day to ourselves, my fiancee was out motor bike riding with his mates. Something i am not good at, but we have brought an 80 for me to practice on. I would love to learn how to ride a motorbike.

I was enjoying the peace and quiet. No t.v., not radio, just silence. This is also another reason why i love coming to our retreat. There is no artificial lights, little to no noise and at night time you can see all the stars and the full moon that is out tonight.

I was loving it so much I sat at our outdoor kitchen table and started writting. I started about 12pm, didn’t look up again until 2.30 when the boys came back. I got so much done. It felt good to work on my story get more done.

It was so nice this morning that i took lucky for a walk, collected some clippings, to bring some cheer into our annex.

We ended the day out at the local pub with friends for tea, then sitting together around the fire. This is how weekends should be spent.

I am glad i didn’t give myself any tasks today. It was nice just to be and see what happens.

No tasks tomorrow either. Well maybe more writting and going home but that is it.

Hope everyone has had a great day. Xxxx
