Day 313 Days of Recovery from Procrastination

The man flu is being shared. My throat is not very good. No wonder my memory was not not too good yesterday.

As a reformed Alcholic, i am conscience of what i take. I don’t usually like taking anything that has the word alcohol on it. I brought these lozenges and am now wishing i hadn’t.

I know it may seem silly, but years ago in my early recovery, i suffered terrible insomnia and i went to a health food shop to get some natural remedies to help me sleep.

Two days later, i was a mess, i was shaking and i was sleeping even worse, i went back to the shop and asked them what was in it, they informed me it had alcohol, it then dawned on me what was happening. It was a scary experience and one i have been very weary of since.

I only managed personal training today. I just didnt have the energy.

I did get a few things done for the start of my spring clean.

I love having a wood fire, but they are messy. The dirt and dust kind of kill me.

In my spring cleaning efforts i have cleaned out some of my wardrobe. This is something i do every six months. I love op shopping, so its not to much of a hardship to send them back.

The highlight of my day was my amazing accountant, who always seems to get me a great tax return. Once you find a good one stick with them.

Tomorrow i am going to take it easy. Depending on how i feel when i wake up, will depend on if i go to work or not. Our puppy has to go back to the vets in the morning and i will make my decision then.

Let’s hope its just a quick passing thing.
