Day 305 Days of Recovery from Procrastination

Here is a prime example of why i am grateful for having a job. To be able to go down to the bay, enjoy the fresh air and get paid for it what more could i ask for really.

I was able to stand and look out over the calm water and take a deep breath.

It was rejuvenating, soul cleansing.

Making the conscience decision to make my life more simple and not procrastinating so much, is giving me strength and calmness at the same time.

Walking around with my client, then taking out another one who is in a wheelchair made me really feel the lunges my trainer made me do yesterday.

Pilates on the other hand really tested me. If i thought i was sore today from yesterdays lunges, i doubt i am going to be able to walk tomorrow. My Pilates teacher has taken out the new crown as the the lunge queen.

I know no pain no gain, but seriously who wants to inflict that much torture onto someone elses thighs????

Tomorrow i will go back for some more. I have put my health on the back burner a bit. And that doesn’t help my mental health.

Finalise the wedding invites and get the bloody documents signed to send to the minister.

No more Procrastination.
