Day 286 Days of Recovery from Procrastination

Why does it have to go so quickly. I do not feel like i have had enough rest. But then i have to blame myself for not laying around on my arse today.

I came home from work, layed down for an hour, got up went and did some Pilates, came home seen hubby to be in his work trackies and decided he needed some better trackie pants for hanging out in, so up to the local shopping center for some lunch and some male retail shopping.

Two track pants, two new pairs of shorts and his and the grooms mens suits sorted and paid for. Very productive day really. No time for Procrastination.

Tomorrow i am keeping my self busy too.

I have burnt out my old trainer and now i have to break in a new one. My new trainer is lucky because she wont get the teary, tantrum, giving up Elisa like my old one had to work with, lets hope shes got a sense of humor and doesn’t like making me do to many lunges like my old trainer.

I have entered another 10 week challenge, at the gym. This time i need to be more dedicated. I only have about 18 weeks until i get married.

My tasks for tomorrow seeing as it Monday again are.

1. Early morning work out, hot boxing, hot yoga and breaking in the new trainer.

2. Do it all with grace and good thoughts

3. Track all my eating and training.
