This was my look at 4.30 am. Though really it was 3.30am i love daylight savings for the extra hour in the afternoon, but i dont know about this getting up in the middle of the night thing, oh well better get used to it, it does last for 6 months.
I think i out did it a bit to much today.
I was at the gym at 5 am. A little circut work, bike and rowing machine.
Home at 6am for breakfast.
Work from 7 till 9am.
Back at the gym at 9.30 am for a Pilates class and hot yoga. I was going to do the hot boxing, but decided that its a time constraint between finishing work and getting to the gym was to close of a call.
Home again by nearly 12pm. Rest.
Some time with hubby to be before heading out to test out the new trainer.
New trainer not bad, very quick, which i might need. Keep me on my toes and not let me procrastinate in between.
Did i do it all with style and grace? Yes, smiled a lot to get me past the pain. Came home and had a long nap. After logging everything i have done in my fitness pal.
Tomorrow my tasks will be
3 Go to work.
I know that i have to build up my fitness and seeing as i am having trouble walking i think its best it listen to my body.
I am begining to see the old me emerging, and i am loving that feeling.
