Day 282/281 Day’s of Recovery from Procrastination

I have struggled with a few personal things this week. Last night i just wanted to cuddle with hubby to be, shut off from my electronics and just be.

I needed some self care moments, to process my thoughts and feelings.

Today is national mental health day, it is something we are slowly recognising as very important.

I had my first mini breakdown at the tender age of 15, it put me in hospital for a couple of days and i first discovered how to mediate because of my breakdown. And then my next major one at 32, it knocked me for a six, i am still 13 years later, dragging myself back up. The difference between the two breakdowns is that after the first one, i found alcohol and that made everything feel better. This time i am learning to manage my days one day at a time, without any sort of medication, prescription or self medication.

My tasks for the weekend are.

1. Time out for self care maybe some meditation

2. Go outside and enjoy my garden

3. Recover from personal things from this week. Well process them better.
