I have used the weekend to relax and heal from my week.
I haven’t really done to much, i only got out of my pj’s today, because i went to my AA meeting.
Last night i wore my slippers to our friends house, because i could.
I am now in a better place with my thoughts and feelings concerning my week. I have handed it over to my higher power, because that is all i can do to keep me focused on my recovery. If i dwell on it to much, i may slip back into my procrastination and i dont want to do that.
Tomorrow my tasks will be
1. Early morning gym work out
2. Get my car looked at.
3. Finish the weeding i started yesterday.
