Because of these six wonderful doctors, i was asleep on my couch by 8.30pm.
The only thing i didn’t do yesterday was finish weeding the front garden, but i did get a few things done inside the house, which needed to be done.
I am happy that i am listening to my body again. Listening when it needs to rest, listening when it needs self care.
For a long time i felt guilty about doing things for myself, but i am letting go and am begining who i am.
Today is a bit busy with work. So my tasks will be.
1. Take deep breaths. As adults we have forgotten how to breath correctly.
2. Go for a walk
3. Smile as wide as possible
