Day 254/253 Day’s of Recovery from Procrastination

This is how i have spent my weekend at our retreat. I am feeling better today. I think going away sitting on a different couch has helped a lot with getting better.

Maybe having hubby to be waiting on me and our fur baby keeping me warm as well has helped.

It was so cold yesterday that, lucky lived under the blanket next to me.

This was our only way of seeing where she was. When the blanket moved.

Lets hope that what ever this cold was has disappeared and i am cured. I have a lot to do this week, before i go away next week for work.

I will take it easy and not push myself too much.

Tomorrow my tasks will be

1. Go to work. Yay how i have missed it.

2. Look at more wedding dresses. This is doing my head in a little bit.

3. Personal training for the first time in three weeks.
